Adjust to cloud unreliable

Make adjustment to point cloud more reliable. Now in many cases it produce worse results than without adjustment. Especially if point cloud is less dense than AT. Even if AT almost align with point cloud it can easy move whole component by meters.

Batch static point cloud import with an ASCII file

It could speed up the point cloud import process (especially for las point clouds for which the position can't be embedded ) if we could provide several scans positions in a csv file while importing all the LiDAR clouds together.

Point cloud naming

Use reconstruction name as point cloud name if using LAZ compression or merging parts. Now it names all clouds to "model.laz" which is inconvenient.

Fix holes planarize

Need an option to planarize shape to nearest plane which is created when filling hole. Now there is no benefit of deleting for example glass artifacts as they are not replaced with planar plane but curved surface.
