Crop surface

Add option to trim/cut surface by curve tool to actually cut surface/shape and not create two surfaces by cut. Similar as region tool allows in 2D to keep intersection between two shapes but in 3D. Also keep shape elements as shape and don't convert to fancy bspline complex shape even when coplanar shapes.
Tool crop extended plane(from fit plane tool on cloud) to 2D rectangle.
In case of created shapes on same facade the trim surfaces tool doesn't work as shapes may not touch in exact facade feature so need helper shape to correct it. Can't create the plane without extending as edges are not well defined in point cloud and has noise.
