Produce metadata.xml for point clouds

If generating LAS in ENU then generate metada.xml with shift (origin, rotation, scale) to real coordinates. Could be an option when choosing result coordinate system to warn that large coordinates detected and to suggest use ENU with metadata.xml like with OBJ.
