Integration to DroneDeploy
A solution I have been following and reviewing UAV imaging data is the platform DroneDeploy. A very nice well documented APP Developers Portal with instructions including the APIs used for processing the images to various BIM or CAD projects.
Data Capture, Data Processing and Reporting functionality to utilize as a pre processing tasks.
DroneDeploy has run several nice pilot programs to utilize the imaging to generate a reality mash. The extend of the details for utilizing the API and allow for future integration seems like some good added value in the areas to create reality mashes and towards automation of digital twin creation.
Having the data that becomes available through DroneDeploy and utilizing the steps to gain project oversight with regular flights and areas covered with a standard flight plan.
