Touchup: Rotate by 3 points

Orbit rotation is hard to use. We need rotation by points to plane(like facade) and clip view so if facade is covered by tree we could temporary clip it so it is easier to work with. Ideally the rotation tool could also lock Z axis so rotation stays vertical.
