Add A.I. detection of the Surveyed Ground Control Panels

Since every job we do has the same "V" panel and the same GSD, have the software accumulate a database from every "V" panel we measure as its training samples. This way, over time, and after training we would be able to Detect Trained Markers not just April or Chili Tags.
