Max Zoom - Minimum height constraint

Add a Zoom variable in the Production process that manipulate the allowed zoom in a specific production.

It is possible to submit a S3C Production and then via S3C Composer define the Minimum height constraint.

Add this ability to 3MX and 3SM production.
