Clipping of orthomosaic to imported boundary, rather than tile

When importing a reconstruction area the point cloud and other 3D generated formats are clipped to the boundary. The orthomosaic is not and therefore requires additional clipping in a third party program. Additionally an option to produce tiles as per the reference tiling structure would be useful rather than the default 4096 pixels.
