AT settings summarized in the beginning of the quality report

It would be useful to have a section summarizing the AT settings inside the quality report, as they can help to review and interpret the quality report figures. so the user doesn't have to close the report and open the view settings link again.
The quality report would also be more complete and containing all the AT information: AT settings, block content, and AT results
