Description/note field for GCPs

Add additional description/note field when importing Survey points. Now if we use point number as name field to not lose order then point names are missing. If using notes as name field then duplicate point names like manhole get autonumbered with suffix (1, 2 etc) but then later not possible to understand from report which point is which and need manually rename them.
