Measure geodetic distance

Add option to measure geodetic distances(Great circle) in case of real world coordinates. Also show local scale factor in quality report.

Constraints as check points

Use user constraints similar to check points so they are reported in quality report but are not used in adjustment. Now if model is set on GCPs then only position accuracy is validated but it tells nothing about scale or scale factor.

Adjust to cloud unreliable

Make adjustment to point cloud more reliable. Now in many cases it produce worse results than without adjustment. Especially if point cloud is less dense than AT. Even if AT almost align with point cloud it can easy move whole component by meters.

Produce metadata.xml for point clouds

Point cloud naming

Use reconstruction name as point cloud name if using LAZ compression or merging parts. Now it names all clouds to "model.laz" which is inconvenient.
