Set axis orientation

Need option to add multi axis constraints as now only option is to define plane to orient 3D model but it is not always possible to survey points on plane. What is needed for buildings is to define Z and X axis orientation on different points which are not on the same plane. Now if Z axis is defined it doesn't allow to add other axis.
