Depth test against terrain

Enable Cesium depth test against terrain in Contextshare viewer so model doesn't float on top of terrain? Adjust elevation doesn't change that as the model still is in foreground and floats in front.

    Implemented: "Allow Model Under Map"
    Would be nice to have this as default or configurable default view.
